Is everything arranged via email?

It's great that everything could be arranged by e-mail. And this in a very short time. All documents could also be delivered digitally. Replies from my side were always responded to within an hour. I personally hate salesmen or pushy insurance guys on the phone or around the floor. No pushiness at this company. I was neatly provided with information and was given the choice of products I requested.

Via a nice routing you could see exactly what documents you still needed to provide. You were kept informed by e-mail how the process went. I was amazed that it could be arranged so easily and quickly within 3 working days. That is how quickly my amount was already in my account! And if I now want to pay off penalty-free, there is a very handy app where you can arrange that.

Borrowing money is not fun, but with SNLO ...

It's never fun having to borrow money. Sometimes you can't get out of it. Then SNLO is a welcome help in getting that loan. Called quickly to discuss wishes, friendly and patient help. Delivered documents are examined thoroughly and critically by SNLO, but with the correct explanation it is not unnecessarily difficult. And then the next day I received an email that the supplying bank had approved the loan. The money was in my account a few hours later. The SNLO is a relief compared to, for example, Freo. Thanks for the good service!
