Which banks have a payment arrangement?
Our partner bank DEFAM is the first to come up with a great solution for people who encounter payment problems due to the corona crisis: the Payment Break. The Payment Break means that you do not have to pay any repayment and interest on your personal loan or revolving credit for 3 months. The end date of the loan simply moves up by 3 months. These aid measures apply to all DEFAM credits.
Our other partner banks Interbank, Nationale Nederlanden, BNP Paribas and Qander also come up with or already have such solutions. At the bottom of this message you will find a list of the most recent schemes and how to apply for them.

How do I request a deferred payment / payment break?
In the meantime, you can already request a deferred payment / payment break. This can be done through us: send an email to [email protected] or call 918-815-8453.
What information is required in the email?
Mention in the subject line: Payment break Corona crisis.
In the e-mail itself: Your name, zip code, contract number and name of the bank where the loan is made.
We will send your details to the bank where your loan is made. The bank will then talk to you and make an individual appointment with each customer.
Application process and conditions for deferred payments / payment break
You can therefore address your request for deferred payments / payment breaks to us. Do you want to know in advance what procedure the bank uses where you are taking out the loan or do you want to apply for the scheme directly at the bank? We have a special arrangement for customers who experience a decline in income due to the corona virus. Because the personal financial situation of each customer is different, this requires customization. The scheme is valid for a maximum of 3 months. Interbank can be reached on telephone number (020) 660 87 20. Interbank employees are available from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Customers who have been financially affected by the Coronavirus and have a loan from BNP can request a payment break of three months. During this period you do not have to pay any interest and repayment. The term of the loan is extended by three months. After the payment break, the monthly installment will therefore be the same as the period before.
