All complaints are handled by the management. We will do everything we can to find a solution together with you. Expertise and quality

Our office is registered with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) under number 12019152. This registration is a legal obligation to be able to mediate in money loans and insurance. This is a guarantee for you that we are in possession of the required diplomas. The knowledge of customer employees is updated by both internal and external training courses. Further training in their profession also takes place. All employees are subject to an extensive reliability investigation. We do everything we can to represent your interests as well as possible.

But if we do make a mistake, you should of course never be the victim of it. That is why we have taken out professional liability insurance. This gives you a lot of extra security.
