To leave a personalized note, simply select a food or product in the Woolworths app.
Then click on the “Add a personal shopping note” tab and write a message to the team member who chooses your meal.
The team member receives the message while scanning the food item and completing the order.
In the video, Liam demonstrates the simple process by ordering a box of Lindt chocolate balls and then adding the message: “Thanks for all your hard work! Happy New Year”, as an example.
Woolworths team members have praised the new feature and shared how much they appreciate the news.
“That is greatly appreciated! Makes our days a little bit better,” wrote one team member.
