SAVANNAH, Georgia – Parker’s has entered into an agreement to sell its Parker’s Energy business to Parkland Corp. through its US-based subsidiary Parkland USA. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
Parker’s Energy will operate under the US Supply Corp. Division. (USSC) from Parkland USA, based in Houston. USSC serves as the shipping and trading platform for the United States and works with its Canadian and international regions to provide a shipping advantage to customers across Parkland.
Parker’s Energy division is a wholesale fuel marketer with delivery operations throughout the southeastern United States seeking value through diverse delivery relationships and optimization processes.

In addition to its convenience store businesses, based in Calgary, Alberta, Parkland is also one of the fastest growing independent suppliers and marketers of fuels and petroleum products in North America and the Caribbean, according to the company.
Parker’s is headquartered in Savannah and owns and operates 71 C-stores on the Georgia and South Carolina coasts. It is currently in the midst of a major expansion into the Charleston, SC market.
