A decade ago the first Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market was a backyard shopping event in Phoenix for people looking for handmade and vintage items to fill their home.

This month, the semi-annual event in the Valley celebrates its 10th anniversary at a significantly larger venue with a marketplace of more than 130 suppliers from all over the country.

The market is open Friday through Sunday, September 17-19, at WestWorld of Scottsdale on the weekend. Shoppers can stroll from one vendor booth to another with live music, and there are also food trucks outside.

The venue does not require any face covering.

Please note, however, that due to the prevalence of the highly contagious Delta variant, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that everyone – especially people aged 2 and over who are not fully vaccinated – should wear face covering regardless of vaccination status. Maricopa County falls under these guidelines for Areas “with significant or high transmission”.
