International health and beauty retailer AS Watson Group and Southeast Asia’s leading super app Grab have launched their Filipino partnership to make essentials like medicines and self-care products more accessible to Filipinos.
The aim of the partnership is to provide consumers with a safe and seamless online shopping experience as well as a faster and more reliable delivery service.
Watsons’ extensive online and offline network, now supplemented by Grab’s on-demand delivery fleet, plays an important role in the customer journey and forms a crucial basis for enabling express delivery.
Consumers can order their essential health and beauty products online and have them delivered in five hours or less using the Watsons app’s express delivery service. This service is supported by Grabs delivery service GrabExpress.
Buyers can also use Grab’s in-app wallet, GrabPay, to pay for their Watsons purchases both online and offline.
Consumers also have more options to shop for Watson’s health and beauty products online through GrabMart. The connection is initially available in Metro Manila and Cebu, but will soon be extended to all areas serviced by Grab.
